Job description
Serves as primary telephone person, directing all calls to the appropriate person. Acts as host/hostess, warmly greeting patients and notifying the appropriate staff members of their arrival. Demonstrates sensitivity to patient’s needs and requirements. Demonstrates superior telephone and interpersonal skills. Must present professional decorum at all times. We have several open positions for full-time and part-time, Monday -Saturday schedules.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
2. Medical practice experience is preferred, preferably in an aesthetic or spa environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome new and existing patients, ensuring that they have the best possible patient experience
- Confirm with each patient upon each visit that patient information on file with the practice is accurate and up-to-date. Accurately record updates and corrections as needed
- Offer patients refreshments and a tour of the facility
- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly in a friendly and helpful manner and be prepared to answer any questions they may have regarding treatments or products
- Triages calls to appropriate personnel
- Regularly check on patients in the waiting room to ensure each is comfortable. Reassure those patients subject to excessive waits and informs clinical staff of status as needed. Ensure furnishings and magazines are orderly and clean.
- Schedule both new and existing patients
- Assemble new patient paperwork and consents
- Conduct confirmation calls for patient appointments
- Scanning all necessary paperwork into patient’s charts
- Strive to make sure the patient’s transition from front to their provider is seamless
- Educate patients on any skincare they may have questions about or that a provider recommended
- Check patients in and out for their appointments, collecting payment if necessary
- Stock product shelves and ensure they are clean and the office is aesthetically pleasing

- Stock juices and bathroom essentials
- Comply with HIPPA and the vision of Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa practice
The credentials that would make you a perfect fit for this position is if you have previous experience working at a luxury day spa, med spa, beauty store such as Sephora or Ulta Beauty or if you have experienced working in hair removal salon, have some knowledge of Aesthetic medical procedures, cosmetic procedures, or if you have worked as a beauty consultant.
Job Types: Part-time or Full-Time
Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

- We open at 9 am Monday through Saturday, we are closed on Sundays.
- We close at 6 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays we close at 4 pm.
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Med spa: 1 year (Preferred)
