Dosha Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic is the East Indian science of the body often used by yoga practitioners. Just as Western medicine believes there are three body types, so do Ayurvedic practitioners these body types are known as doshas. We use a questionnaire to determine your basic dosha body type and utilize appropriate Ayurvedic herbal oil for your dosha massage, the dosha oil is used to help bring balance, harmony and health back to the body. A special treat for all yogis!
