CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING & CREDIT CARD POLICY

To reserve appointments, a credit card number is necessary. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. This policy ensures we have ample time to accommodate other guests. Keep in mind that arriving late may result in the spa abbreviating the treatment to prevent inconveniencing others, for which full charges will still apply. Nevertheless, we will always strive to provide the full service whenever possible.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will provide sufficient time for you to complete a health questionnaire and unwind while enjoying a delightful selection of tea and snacks before your therapist escorts you to your blissful spa treatment.

GIFT CARD | GIFT CERTIFICATE

Please click on the following link to purchase an instant gift certificate. Gift certificates make an ideal gift for any special occasion throughout the year. They are available in any dollar value of your choice or can be tailored for specific services at the guest service desk. You also have the option to purchase spa gift certificates online. Kindly note that spa gift certificates are non-refundable.

Once purchased, all sales of gift cards and gift certificates are considered final. It is important to remember that after purchasing a gift card or gift certificate, you cannot return, cancel, or redeem it for cash. The use of the gift card or gift certificate is limited to the available funds on the card.

In the event that you make a purchase and the funds on the card are insufficient to cover the total cost, you will be required to pay the difference using an acceptable alternative payment method such as credit card, debit card, check, or cash. Please be aware that the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Additionally, it is important to note that gift certificates and gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

GROUP BOOKING

The Spa at Suddenly Slimmer offers an exceptional venue for group outings, boasting a spacious area spanning over 6,000 sq ft. Whether you’re planning an intimate spa day with friends, or a bridal spa party, our spa packages can be tailored to meet your needs. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance for parties of five or more to ensure availability. GRATUITIES

The range of gratuities varies based on customer preference, typically ranging from 10% to 20%.

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Before engaging in any exercise program or spa treatment, please consult a physician if you are under medical care. Our facilities are open to all guests. If you are under 18 and plan on receiving a spa treatment, please ensure a parent or guardian accompanies you. Your well-being is our priority.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as cash. However, please note that we cannot accept Care Credit, Cherry Payment Plan, SpaFinder, SpaWish, or SpaWeek as a form of payment for discounted services or as tips. Additionally, for purchases of products, we do not accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek, or SpaWish as a valid forms of payment.

WE DON’T OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT

Refunds are not available for any pre-paid services, packages, or products. If you’ve already paid for a service or bought a series or package but choose not to receive it, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit, subject to a 10% processing fee. This store credit can be applied toward any of our services and products. For unopened product returns within 7 days, the full amount will be placed as store credit, which can be used towards any of our services and products.
