The best way to arrive for a HydraFacial Keravive treatment is with clean, dry hair for optimal results. Many clients are surprised to learn that it can be done on a lunch hour, with little disturbance to the rest of the hair—no re-styling required. The client will discuss any areas of concern with the Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa provider.

What are the steps included in a HydraFacial Keravive Scalp Treatment?

The first step is the cleaning-exfoliating-hydrating process, which involves “vacuuming” out all the gunk that has built up on the scalp and hair follicles. This deep cleansing goes beyond what other regular off-the-shelf products can do. It’s not painful at all and feels lightly tingling, akin to using minty shampoo. (You can even see what was lurking in your strands—many HydraFacial “Gunkie Junkies” are obsessed with seeing what’s been pulled from their pores.)

Once the scalp has been primed for the second step, the Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa expert will apply a proprietary blend of growth factors and proteins. The final step is delivering a nourishing serum and stimulating the scalp.

Guests don’t have to go home and wash their hair—they can go about their day without worrying about any unsightly residue. In fact, it’s better to leave the products after the treatment without washing to make sure they’re absorbed properly, and some clients find that their hair can go longer than usual without a shampoo directly after treatment.
